Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Growth Marketer, based in Toronto, ON. The Growth Marketer will oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies (SEO, content, social, lifecycle email, and eventually events), conduct market research, collaborate with sales teams, and drive customer engagement initiatives. The individual will assist in creating campaigns, analyzing market trends, and fostering relationships with stakeholders to support business goals.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years running marketing campaigns (startup, agency, freelance, side project)
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with a focus on relationship-building and addressing customer needs
- Proficiency in Marketing Strategy and Sales, with demonstrated success in executing campaigns and driving business growth
- Can write clearly for a technical audience without losing accuracy
- Experience in conducting Market Research to inform marketing plans and business decision-making
- Organizational and leadership capabilities to manage projects effectively and collaborate across teams
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to enhance outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a leadership or management role within the marketing domain
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms is a plus
Strong signals: SEO experience (even self-taught), AI tools in your workflow, interest in startups/Web3, familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, email platforms.
Bonus: audience you've built, developer tools or B2B SaaS experience, Web3 exposure.
