Gone Rogue Epoxy & Concrete Coatings is hiring an experienced epoxy flooring installer to join our growing team. We would consider hiring a team of two.
We're looking for someone who already understands the industry and can confidently handle every stage of an installation from surface preparation to the final topcoat.
Responsibilities:
- Concrete grinding and surface preparation
- Crack repairs and concrete restoration
- Moisture mitigation systems
- Epoxy, polyaspartic, and polyurea installations
- Full flake broadcasts and topcoats
- Job site setup, cleanup, and equipment maintenance
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience installing epoxy flooring systems
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Someone who takes pride in quality workmanship
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, dependable, and not a liability on the job site
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation (required)
- Able to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions
Pay:
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience
- Opportunity to transition to per-square-foot pay for qualified installers
Service Area:
We work throughout Ottawa, Brockville, Smiths Falls, Carleton Place, Kemptville, and surrounding Eastern Ontario communities, so travel to job sites is required.
