Cosmetic Surgery Patient Coordinator

A boutique plastic surgery clinic in Yorkville, led by Dr. Jalil, is seeking a polished, confident, and sales-driven Cosmetic Surgery Patient Coordinator to join our growing practice.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable in a face-to-face sales environment, building relationships with patients, discussing cosmetic procedures, presenting treatment options and quotes, and guiding patients from initial inquiry through surgery.
The successful candidate will be responsible for both patient conversion and surgical coordination, ensuring a seamless experience from the first consultation through the operating room.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and follow up with cosmetic surgery leads through phone, email, and online inquiries
- Convert inquiries into booked consultations through strong communication, relationship building, and consistent follow-up
- Meet with patients face-to-face to discuss procedures, treatment plans, expectations, and next steps
- Review quotes, pricing, deposits, and surgical details with patients
- Build trust and confidence with patients considering elective surgery
- Review patient medical information and ensure accurate documentation is collected
- Take standardized pre-operative patient photographs (must be comfortable performing this in a professional clinical setting)
- Coordinate consultations, pre-operative appointments, and surgical bookings
- Coordinate surgical days by communicating and scheduling with nurses, anesthesia providers, surgical assistants, surgical facilities, and other required team members
- Ensure all surgical logistics, documentation, and patient requirements are organized and confirmed
- Maintain accurate patient records and lead tracking within clinic systems
- Work closely with the surgeon to ensure patients are informed, prepared, and appropriately scheduled

- Confident, warm, and professional in face-to-face patient interactions
- Comfortable selling high-value services through a consultative, patient-focused approach
- Strong communicator who can build trust quickly
- Comfortable discussing procedures, pricing, and financial investment with patients
- Highly organized and able to coordinate multiple moving parts on surgical days
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Previous experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, healthcare, medical coordination, luxury sales, hospitality, or client services is an asset

Pay: $17.60-$40.45 per hour
