Content Designer – Online Banking:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Content Designer – Online Banking for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Content Designer – Online Banking - Job Description:
This role involves working within a cross-functional team to research and identify client problems, create and evaluate potential solutions, and support the design and development of digital banking products. The project focuses on enhancing user experience through effective content strategy and creation.
Content Designer – Online Banking - Responsibilities:
- Work within a squad to research and identify client problems
- Create and evaluate potential solutions
- Create, test, and translate content
- Support cross-functional partners including product managers and developers
- Facilitate collaborative design activities and ideation sessions
- Articulate content strategy rationale and provide design guidance
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory responsibilities are met
Content Designer – Online Banking - Mandatory Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Experience with Confluence
- 4-7 years of content experience in digital products (UX writing for web and apps)
- Experience in mobile-first content
- Experience working in Lean UX / Agile environments
- Basic understanding of Interaction and Visual Design
- Experience with usability research
Content Designer – Online Banking – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with large design teams and multiple stakeholders
- Experience in content strategy projects
- Basic knowledge of written French
- Knowledge of accessibility standards
- Basic Figma skills
Content Designer – Online Banking – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
