Innovative Landscape Construction is hiring 1–2 team members for the rest of the season.
We specialize in large-scale residential and acreage landscape construction, including:
- poolscapes
- hardscape patios and terraces
- excavation, grading, and site development
- planting and softscape installation
This is not maintenance landscaping — we build complex outdoor spaces from start to finish.
The Role:
- landscape labour, digging, moving materials, following instructions
- operating skid steer and small equipment (as needed)
- assisting with excavation and site preparation
- working on stonework and hardscape installations
- planting, grading, and finishing work
- material handling and general site work
This is a hands-on role — not a full-time machine operator position.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years experience in construction, landscaping, or equipment operation
- comfortable working with machines but also willing to work on the ground
- reliable — shows up every day and ready to work
- able to work independently and take direction
- strong work ethic and attention to detail
- physically capable of outdoor work in all conditions
