EVOCELIA is a premium Korean skincare brand preparing for launch in the U.S. market.
Our mission is to create thoughtfully formulated, science-driven skincare designed to support brighter, healthier-looking skin.
We are looking for a creative and growth-oriented individual to work directly with the founder to help build EVOCELIA's brand presence and grow our Instagram audience from the ground up.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience helping launch a skincare brand while contributing directly to social media growth, brand building, content strategy, and community engagement.
Contract Details
- Initial 6-Month Contract (July – December 2026)
- Part-Time Contract
- Fully Remote
- Hourly Compensation: CAD $22–25/hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
- Approximately 10 hours per week initially
- Workload and hours may increase following product launch and business growth
- Potential for contract extension based on performance
Availability Requirements
While the schedule is flexible, candidates must be available for regular collaboration during the following hours:
- Tuesdays: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Eastern Time)
- Thursdays: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Eastern Time)
Candidates should be available via Microsoft Teams during these hours for meetings, collaboration, content reviews, and project discussions.
Preference will be given to candidates located within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Korean language skills and/or familiarity with K-Beauty are a strong asset.
Position Overview
Our primary goal is to build a credible and engaging social media presence and grow EVOCELIA's audience through organic growth initiatives.
You will work directly with the founder to help increase follower growth, engagement, brand awareness, and community engagement before and after launch.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, branding, content creation, consumer marketing, and identifying opportunities to grow a brand organically.
Responsibilities
Social Media Growth
- Help grow EVOCELIA's Instagram audience
- Research audience growth opportunities and engagement strategies
- Identify ways to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth
- Monitor account performance and provide recommendations
Brand Growth & Content Strategy
- Generate content ideas and content pillars
- Research Instagram and TikTok trends
- Create weekly content plans and content calendars
- Draft captions and content concepts
- Recommend new content formats and growth initiatives
Community Building
- Engage with relevant beauty and skincare communities
- Identify collaboration opportunities
- Support creator outreach initiatives
- Help build an active and authentic audience
Market & Trend Research
- Monitor beauty, skincare, and wellness trends
- Identify emerging content formats and consumer interests
- Share insights and recommendations to support brand growth
Launch Support
Following product launch, responsibilities may expand to include:
- UGC creator coordination
- Creator outreach
- Content collection and organization
- Launch-related social media initiatives
Qualifications
We are more interested in creativity, initiative, and social media instincts than years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
- Interest in beauty, skincare, branding, or consumer products
- Excellent written English
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Korean language skills and/or familiarity with K-Beauty are a strong asset
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience growing a personal, school, club, or business social media account
- Advertising, marketing, or agency experience
- Content creation experience
- Experience managing creator or influencer relationships
