Design & Project Coordinator

We're looking for a Design & Project Coordinator who is passionate about residential and commercial design, understands construction, and enjoys working closely with both clients and trades.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in interior design, architectural technology, construction, or project management who wants to be part of a team that celebrates collective success rather than individual recognition.
What You'll Do
- Assist with residential and commercial design projects from concept through completion
- Prepare and review drawings, plans, and design documentation
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and trades
- Conduct site visits, site measurements, and construction reviews
- Manage project timelines, budgets, schedules, and deliverables
- Source materials, finishes, fixtures, furnishings, and products
- Communicate design intent and project requirements clearly to all stakeholders
- Support procurement, ordering, and project administration
- Help solve problems proactively during design and construction phases
What We're Looking For
- Background in Interior Design, Architectural Technology, Construction Management, Building Sciences, or a related field
- Must have relevant industry experience
- Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial construction methods
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and project management software is considered an asset
