At Comerco, we’re growing our Direct Sales team and looking for motivated, customer-focused sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, closing sales, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
As a Direct Sales Consultant, you will connect with customers across Canada to offer tailored protection solutions for their household appliances. This is a consultative sales role where communication skills, confidence, and customer experience are just as important as results.

What You’ll Do
- Contact customers by phone to present and recommend protection plans tailored to their needs
- Deliver a professional, consultative sales experience while confidently handling questions and objections
- Securely process payments and complete customer transactions
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups in internal systems
- Build long-term customer relationships focused on trust, service, and retention
- Consistently contribute to team performance and sales objectives
What We’re Looking For
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or a related environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Bilingualism (French & English) required to support customers across Canada
- Comfortable using Windows and standard computer applications
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and energized by sales performance
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a growing team environment
