We're hiring Injection Machine Operators and Thermoforming Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. If you have machine operating experience and enjoy working in a production environment, we'd like to hear from you.
Shift
- 12-Hour Continental Night Shift
- 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Week 1: 3 shifts
- Week 2: 4 shifts
- Rotating continental schedule
Employment Type
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor production machines
- Perform quality inspections throughout production
- Troubleshoot machine and process issues
- Complete production reports and documentation
- Perform machine changeovers and basic adjustments
- Assist with preventative maintenance
- Follow GMP and Health & Safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work with the production team to meet daily targets
We're Looking For
Injection Machine Operator
- Manufacturing or injection molding experience preferred
- Experience operating production equipment
- Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to read and communicate in English
Thermoforming Machine Operator
- Minimum 2 years operating Thermoforming or Extrusion equipment
- Experience with machine setup, changeovers and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of polypropylene materials is an asset
- Forklift certification is an asset (training available if required)
- Mechanically inclined with preventative maintenance experience
Physical Requirements
- Stand for 12-hour shifts
- Lift up to 40 lbs
- Frequent walking, bending, twisting and lifting
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
