Duties
Service Team Members at RONA Parry Sound are front-line yard team members responsible for helping customers locate and load materials safely, supporting order accuracy, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe yard. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, dependable, and enjoys hands-on work in a team environment.
Skills Required:
- Strong customer service skills and a helpful, friendly attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical work throughout the day
- Good with measurements and basic math
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor yard environment
- Safety-minded and attentive to detail
- Presentable, professional appearance
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Motivated to grow within the company and work toward advancement opportunities
- Ability to use sound judgment and common sense when assisting customers and handling materials
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
