Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role requires a strong understanding of various massage techniques and excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience. Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Assess client conditions and discuss their health concerns to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend future sessions or wellness practices.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress while respecting confidentiality standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client questions or concerns professionally.
- Stay updated on the latest massage techniques and industry best practices through ongoing education.
Skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to health assessments and treatment planning.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures, answer questions, and build rapport with clients.
- Ability to listen attentively to understand client needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
- Certification or licensing as required by state regulations for massage therapy practice.

Pay: $45,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
