Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pizza Maker to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering excellent food service experiences. Responsibilities
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients according to established recipes and standards
- Assemble pizzas with precision, ensuring consistency in presentation and quality
- Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in accordance with food safety standards
- Assist in food preparation for other menu items as needed
- Serve customers at the counter or through take-out orders with professionalism and friendliness
- Follow all food handling and safety procedures to ensure a safe dining experience for guests
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Requirements
- Prior food service experience, especially in food preparation or restaurant settings, is preferred
- Knowledge of cooking techniques related to pizza making and meal preparation
- Experience with food handling and adherence to food safety standards
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen experience within the food industry is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
