About the Role:
As a Facilities Technician with CBRE, you will play a hands-on and impactful role in maintaining and enhancing high-performing, regulated environments at our client's facility. This position blends technical skill with client interaction, giving you the opportunity to support day-to-day facility operations while contributing to broader maintenance and improvement initiatives.
You’ll be a key part of a collaborative team that ensures spaces remain safe, efficient, and fully operational. What You’ll Do:
- Take part in painting and patchwork. Escort vendors through the facility.
- Minor repairs of architectural items, cabinets, doors, and windows.
- Installation of shelving, tank holders, paper towel racks, coat hooks, and various items.
- Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Work with available systems to manage and track completion.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs
- Interface with front-line clients on various requests.
- Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Impact the quality of own work.
- Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
#GWSCAN What You’ll Need: • High school diploma OR Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary range being offered for the Facilities Technician position is between $70,000 annually and $75,000 annually. The compensation that is provided to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
