Role Description: We are hiring a full-time Business Development Executive – Field Sales based out of our Thunder Bay office. You will be on the front lines - meeting local employers, understanding their workforce needs, and helping them hire the right people through our domestic and international recruitment services. This role covers new business development, lead generation, account management, relationship building, and driving regional growth.
Responsibilities
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities with local and regional employers
· Meet with business owners and HR managers to understand their workforce needs
· Advise clients on hiring local, domestic, and international workers through our recruitment services
· Manage and grow a client portfolio through ongoing relationship management
· Generate leads via networking, cold outreach, and referrals
· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent client experience
Qualifications
· Experience in sales, business development, or account management
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Outgoing, confident personality comfortable meeting new people daily
· Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal)
· Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (travel up to 500 km radius required)
· Based in Thunder Bay (Mandatory)
· Knowledge of Canadian immigration or labour recruitment is an asset
Compensation
· Full-time position
· $40,000 – $50,000 CAD per annum
· Lucrative commission structure
· Expense reimbursements
· Strong growth potential
