Duties:
Main Experience should be with LMIA applications
Provide consultation and professional advice related to Canadian Immigration matters.
Provide clients with lists of required information and documents.
Additional experience on Spousal Work Permits, Temporary Resident Permits, Visitor Visas, Extensions, PR applications, PNP’s, LMIA, Vulnerable Work Permit, family sponsorship and College Change applications.
Manage case submissions and applications.
Obtain regular updates on program changes and requirements.
Schedule client tasks and manage timelines.
Check immigration applications status.
Advise on current immigration programs and streams to clients and potential clients.
Ability to manage and push forward case processing from beginning to end.
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Ability to present information clearly and professionally to clients and stakeholders
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Familiarity with Windows operating system
