Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in the security guards agency sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. This role requires a proactive professional with excellent negotiation skills, project management capabilities, and a solid understanding of customer relationship management tools like Salesforce. The Business Development Executive will play a key role in positioning our agency as a trusted provider of security services within the industry.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency’s market presence
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to attract potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct negotiations with prospective clients to secure contracts and service agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor security solutions that meet client needs
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations effectively
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to track leads, manage contacts, and analyze sales data
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness within target markets
- Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for management and clients
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes affecting security services
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development within the security guards or related service industry
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
- Excellent project management abilities to handle multiple clients and initiatives simultaneously
- Proficiency in marketing strategies and tools, including Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
- Solid understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and client retention techniques
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not mandatory
