Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Leasing Agent to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting with new owner clients, as well as managing leasing inquiries, guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process, and maintaining positive relationships with current residents. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with property management software such as Zoho CRM . The Leasing Agent will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth leasing experience and contributing to the overall success of our community.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective tenants via phone, email, and in-person visits, providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct property tours and present features and benefits of available units.
- Manage leasing applications, including data entry and document filing, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Utilize Zoho CRM software to track leads, lease statuses, and resident information.
- Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Follow up with applicants to facilitate the leasing process and answer any questions related to the application or property policies.
- Maintain organized records of leasing activities, tenant correspondence, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with maintenance and office staff to ensure property readiness and resident satisfaction.
- Uphold professional phone etiquette and represent the community positively at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in office administration, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Experience in negotiation and customer relationship management enhances effectiveness in this role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based opportunity designed for motivated, results-driven professionals. Leasing agents earn commission on every accepted Offer to Lease, offering uncapped earning potential based on performance. To support your success, Rosegate Property Management also covers all work-related travel expenses, including gas reimbursement for property showings and other required travel.
Pay: $65,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
