Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and payment processing
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area, tools, and glassware according to food safety standards
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy
- Restock bar supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and alcohol regulations
- Assist in serving food when required, supporting overall restaurant operations
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain hygiene standards
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, especially as a bartender or server
- Strong knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS and cash handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and order totals
