What You’ll be Driving Forward
- Act as a primary contact for accounting related inquiries, including purchase orders and customer account inquiries
- Research and resolve any outstanding balances on accounts, including telephone and email communication with customers and vendors
- Perform all aspects of the accounts payable function for assigned account(s) including matching purchase order to invoices and entering the invoices into PBS accounting software
- Prepare checks; including monthly pay-runs for assigned account(s) and provide accurate backup documentation for all payments
- Assist in annual year end audit by preparing assigned reports or providing documentation as directed
- Reconcile accounts monthly i.e.. Tire Tax, prepaids, sublet and various deal related accounts
- Completion of credit applications; with new vendors and for our customers looking to set up accounts with our organization
- Send in insurance and warranty remittances on behalf of the customers
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative, office or industry related roles
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with set deadlines
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and results focused personality
- Energy, passion, and professionalism
