About the Role
Budget Car & Truck Rental is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our Kelowna in-town location. In this role, you will help ensure our vehicles are clean, safe and ready for customers while providing friendly and helpful service on the lot.
This is a hands-on, active position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and staying busy. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and detail rental vehicles, including interiors and exteriors
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage and basic operation
- Record and report any new or existing damage
- Move and organize vehicles on the lot
- Assist customers with directions and basic vehicle operation
- Work with team members to prioritize vehicles based on operational needs
- Support basic vehicle maintenance and complete other duties as required
Requirements
- Valid BC Class 5 driver’s licence
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
Assets
Previous experience is helpful but not required:
- Vehicle cleaning or detailing experience
- Basic automotive knowledge
