Job Summary
We are seeking experienced roof-cleaning technicians for a short-term commercial project in Richmond from July 27–31, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with the possibility of additional days.
The work involves commercial metal-roof cleaning using a soft-wash system. Applicants should have roof-cleaning or exterior-cleaning experience, be comfortable working at heights, follow safety instructions, and be reliable and punctual.
Commercial roof-cleaning, metal-roof, soft-wash, lift-operation, or fall-protection experience is considered an asset. References may be requested.

Responsibilities
- Use hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment to remove debris, moss, algae, and other buildup from commercial roofs
- Safely operate equipment and adhere to safety protocols during all tasks
- Assist with general facilities maintenance as needed
- Manage time effectively to complete projects within designated schedules
- Lift heavy equipment or materials safely when required
Qualifications
- Prior experience in roof cleaning or exterior cleaning preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration and customer service
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights on rooftops safely
This position provides valuable hands-on experience in roof maintenance and outdoor facility care while supporting the safety and appearance of commercial properties.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
