What You’ll Be Doing as the Accountant
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end
- Assist in preparing financial statements, WIP reports, forecasts, budgets, and cash-flow analysis
- Coordinate year-end working papers, tax support, and regulatory filings
- Strengthen controls, documentation, dashboards, and accounting processes
- Advise project leaders on billing, costs, and project performance
About You as the Accountant
- Actively pursuing your CPA designation
- Proven full-cycle accounting experience
- Job or process costing and professional services experience are assets
- Comfortable in an integrated ERP environment and motivated to automate and streamline processes
- Experience with AI tools, Power BI, or systems integration would be valuable
