We specialize in governmental, institutional and residential restoration of stone, terracotta, brick and concrete heritage structures and have a large group of masons in artisan residential builds of brick and natural stone full-bed, veneer and flat-work applications. Tasks
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
- Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
- Read blueprint, schemas and drawings
- Plan and manage budgets
- Prepare reports
- Oversee safety of operations
- Restore, clean or paint existing masonry structures
- Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials or business services
- Manage training and development strategies
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
