Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Esthetician to join our nail technician team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional Manicure, Pedicure, Artificial Nails and Waxing including eyelash extensions, while delivering outstanding customer service. This role offers an opportunity to work in a welcoming environment focused on enhancing clients’ natural beauty and promoting overall wellness. The Esthetician will also engage in retail sales, upselling products and services to meet client needs and support business growth.
Duties
- Provide high-quality manicures, pedicure services and body waxing as requested by clients
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and recommending suitable treatments or products
- Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards for all tools, equipment, and treatment areas
- Assist with retail sales by promoting nail products and accessories during appointments
- Ensure a comfortable and relaxing environment for clients throughout their visit
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed and client preferences for future reference
Qualifications
- Valid Esthetician license with relevant state certification
- Experience in providing pedicures, manicures, and body waxing preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices in nail services
- Ability to promote retail products effectively while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
