Project Overview:
The Bloor-Yonge Capacity Improvements Project is a significant undertaking by the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) to expand and modernize Bloor-Yonge station – Canada’s busiest subway hub. This initiative is focused on meeting both current and future ridership needs by improving the station’s efficiency, capacity, and accessibility.
The Kenaidan Murphy Joint Venture (KMJV) is committed to transforming the station to enable faster, more reliable, and more comfortable travel throughout the Greater Toronto Area. The project will deliver upgraded facilities, contributing to a safer, cleaner, and higher-capacity subway system for passengers.

Project Controls Reporting Analyst
The Project Controls Reporting Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining reporting systems, dashboards, and automated tools that connect project controls processes with executive-level reporting.
How will you contribute to the team?
To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards, reports, KPIs, and presentations to support project decision-making.
- Analyze project performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources into meaningful reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Deliver accurate and timely project controls reporting for project leadership and stakeholders.
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions using DAX and Power Query.
- Develop Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to streamline business processes, data collection, and reporting workflows.
- Automate reporting activities to improve efficiency, consistency, and data accuracy.
- Manage data integration, validation, governance, and reporting database integrity.
- Perform data analysis and reporting using advanced Excel and business intelligence tools.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and maintain system documentation, user guides, and workflow maps.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to develop reporting solutions and support project objectives.
- Provide user training, technical support, and continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analysis, Computer Science, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in project controls / data analysis with preferred at least 3+ years on large-scale construction projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI is required.
- Strong knowledge in DAX solutions, Data warehousing, and SQL is desirable.
- Proficiency with project controls tools and software.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Experience on major infrastructure, transit, transportation, heavy civil, or building projects is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary Range: Between $100,000 to $130,000 depending on experience.
