We are currently seeking a dependable and compassionate Clinical Assistant to join our growing clinic team.
Position Overview
The Clinical Assistant plays an important role in supporting physicians and ensuring a positive patient experience throughout the clinic day. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, patient-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced medical environment.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while working collaboratively with physicians, MOAs, and other clinic staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with daily patient flow and clinic operations
- Escort patients to and from examination rooms
- Obtain and accurately document patient vital signs
- Assist with in-clinic procedures and diagnostic testing
- Act as a chaperone for examinations when required
- Prepare, clean, and restock examination rooms
- Support patient comfort and maintain a welcoming clinical environment
- Assist with general clinic duties and workflow as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience as a Medical Office Assistant or Clinical Assistant preferred
- Experience working in a medical or healthcare setting considered an asset
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is an asset
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Comfortable working in a busy and fast-paced clinic setting
Requirements
- Proficient in English (required)
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate preferred
- Minimum 1 year of medical office or clinical experience preferred

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
- Medical office experience: 1 year (preferred)

- Must be proficient in English (required)
