Raine Artistry Co. is a reputable Kamloops Permanent Makeup, Esthetics, and Laser Hair Removal Studio. We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Esthetician and Laser Technician to join our growing team.
As an established studio, we are looking for a professional who is already proficient in facial treatments and laser technology, bringing their expertise and passion for the beauty industry to our high-standard environment.
Time Commitment & Schedule
We are looking for a dedicated team member to fill the following shifts:
- Tuesdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Thursdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Fridays: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Saturdays: One Saturday per month
Roles and Responsibilities
- Technical Excellence: Complete service requests within the standard booking time allotted for each service.
- Detailed Record Keeping: Maintain accurate notes in client profiles, documenting products and protocols used to ensure consistent, high-quality follow-ups.
- Content Creation: Take high-quality before and after photos (when appropriate and with client consent) for portfolio and marketing use.
- Promotion: Actively share and promote ongoing specials with clients and via social media.
- Professional Development: Attend advanced continuing education classes provided by the company to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
- Goal Setting: Collaborate on quarterly personal development goals that are trackable and rewarded with incentives.
- Sanitization: Maintain a pristine treatment room between clients and follow strict deep-cleaning/restocking protocols at shift-end.
- Team Contribution: During schedule gaps, assist with common area upkeep, inventory organization, and social media content creation.
