Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Residential Sign Installer based in Calgary, AB. The Residential Sign Installer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and removal of real estate signs and posts. Day-to-day tasks include loading signs and posts into the vehicle, driving to various locations to install or retrieve signage, ensuring proper placement and maintenance of signs, and maintaining an organized inventory of your assigned materials.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment for sign installation and removal
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to navigate the Calgary area efficiently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, lift/lower signs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Effective communication skills and professional customer service abilities
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Experience in similar roles or industries like signage, construction, or logistics is a plus
- Basic computer skills are an asset for managing work orders and handling digital communication
Compensation
Compensation is set at $25/hr to start. Possibility for increase after probationary period, evaluated based on performance.

Benefits are provided after a 3 month probationary period.
Scheduling
Working days are Tuesday - Saturday. Start time is flexible from 6am to 8am, with work being completed at 4pm.
