Binnit is a storage-by-the-bin service that makes storage simple. We pick up, store, and return items on demand—so customers never need to visit a storage locker.
We operate inside customers’ homes, condos, and businesses. Trust, professionalism, and attention to detail are at the core of everything we do.
The Role
This is a customer-facing delivery role with a strong brand ambassador component.
You are the face of Binnit in the field. Every interaction—at the door, in a hallway, inside a customer’s home—is part of the brand experience.
You’ll complete pickups and deliveries, handle items with care, and ensure every customer feels confident, respected, and taken care of.
Driving & Training
- You must hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Experience driving a van is an asset, but not required
- We provide training and support to help you become confident operating our delivery vehicles
We’re looking for people who are comfortable learning and take safety seriously.
A Typical Day
- Prepare your route and vehicle at the start of your shift
- Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries
- Move bins using carts, dollies, and proper equipment
- Enter homes, condos, and businesses to complete service
- Interact with customers in a friendly, professional way
- Confirm orders and ensure everything is handled accurately
Responsibilities
- Drive a company electric delivery van safely and responsibly
- Complete all pickups and deliveries on time
- Load and unload bins carefully and efficiently
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness of bins and vehicle
- Follow all handling and safety procedures
- Report issues or discrepancies
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable learning to drive a delivery van (training provided)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with light-to-moderate physical work (using equipment)
- Professional and respectful in customer environments
- Able to work independently and follow processes
Requirements
- Must pass a background check
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Comfortable entering residential buildings and private homes
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to have:
- Delivery, moving, or logistics experience
- Customer-facing or hospitality experience
What Makes This Role Different
- You are both an operator and a brand ambassador in the field
- Customers trust you with their belongings and personal space
- The quality of your interaction matters as much as the delivery itself
This Role Is Not a Fit If You:
- Are looking for a marketing-only or influencer-style brand ambassador role
- Prefer a purely driving or non-customer-facing job
- Are not comfortable interacting directly with customers
- Are not comfortable entering homes or private spaces
Compensation & Growth
- $23–$25 per hour, based on experience
