Join our compassionate and growing team at Get Back Physiotherapy, where we empower clients to move, heal, and thrive. We’re seeking a skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a passion for holistic care — especially prenatal, postpartum, and orthopedic clients.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional, high-quality massage therapy services within your scope of practice and licensing.
- Customize treatment plans based on individual client needs — including prenatal, postpartum, orthopedic, and stress-relief sessions.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals for integrated client care.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized treatment room.
- Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage and self-care practices.
- Promote clinic services, wellness programs, and retail products to enhance client outcomes.
- Adhere to all provincial regulations and ethical standards.
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) license in Ontario.
- Strong communication and client-care skills.
- Experience or interest in prenatal and postpartum massage (training can be supported).
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and common orthopedic conditions is an asset.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Professional, warm, and team-oriented approach to client service.
Compensation:
- 70% split fee (RMT retains 70% of treatment revenue).
- Established patient base, administrative support, and marketing provided.
