We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Traveling Endodontist to join our expanding team. This role offers the unique opportunity to provide advanced endodontic care across multiple established practices while maintaining flexibility and access to a robust clinical support network.
About the Role
As a Traveling Endodontist with True North DPO, you will work alongside skilled general dentists and interdisciplinary teams to perform complex root canal treatments and endodontic procedures across several partner locations.
The ideal candidate is technically proficient, patient-focused, and adaptable, with a passion for delivering excellent clinical outcomes and mentoring others.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of non-surgical and surgical endodontic treatment, including molar endodontics, retreatments, and apicoectomies
- Collaborate with general dentists and clinical teams to plan and deliver comprehensive treatment solutions
- Diagnose pulpal and periapical conditions accurately using advanced imaging and diagnostic tools
- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with professional standards
- Provide mentorship and support to partner teams, helping strengthen in-office endodontic protocols and patient education
- Travel to multiple True North DPO partner practices within Ontario (travel schedule coordinated based on your availability and patient needs)
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD and specialty certification in Endodontics (recognized by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario)
- Valid RCDSO license and professional liability insurance
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience as an Endodontist (preferred)
- Expertise in rotary instrumentation, digital radiography, and modern endodontic technologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first approach
- Willingness to travel across multiple practices on a rotational basis
