Job Duties
- Analyze warehouse operational data and KPI trends to support informed decision-making.
- Prepare and monitor operational performance reports to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Support workforce planning and workflow optimization initiatives across warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate warehouse and shipment records and address operational discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with shipping requirements, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Generate operational reports to support customer requirements, management reviews, and planning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and SCM or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in 3PL, distribution, or high-volume WH operations preferred
- Familiarity with shipping documentation and WH management systems
- Proficient in MS Excel and WMS platforms
- Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
