Eager Beaver Moving & Storage is looking for an experienced, highly organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our operations team. This is a hands-on role at the centre of our warehouse, storage, and logistics operations, and there is real opportunity for growth for the right person.

What You'll Be Doing
Shipping & Receiving
- Manage the shipping and receiving of commercial and household goods
Vault Storage
- Manage inbound and outbound vault activity
- Prepare vaults for incoming storage and outgoing customer deliveries
- Track and organize vault movements, and coordinate with Operations on scheduling
- Ensure vault-related items are staged appropriately for pickup, delivery, or storage
Materials & Supplies
- Monitor inventory levels of moving and warehouse materials, and coordinate ordering and replenishment
- Ensure materials are properly organized within the warehouse and assigned storage locations
- Prepare materials for upcoming jobs and stage supplies in advance
- Prepare job materials sheets and coordinate with Operations to ensure trucks are properly stocked for dispatch
Uniforms
- Maintain and distribute the company's uniform inventory, and track issuance
Warehouse Organization & Disposal
- Organize and stage items for dump runs, Habitat for Humanity pickup, customer pickup, and other disposition
- Keep disposal/donation items separate from active inventory and ensure prompt removal
Warehouse Safety
- Keep fire exits and emergency access routes clear at all times
- Regularly inspect the warehouse for safety concerns and communicate issues to Operations
Beaver Bin Inventory
- Take primary ownership of Beaver Bin inventory and organization (our yellow moving containers), including counts, condition, and availability
- Inspect returned bins, remove damaged units, and maintain sufficient stock for upcoming operations
General Operations Support
- Provide general support to Operations, including pickups, deliveries, and time-sensitive requests
- Help keep the warehouse organized and running efficiently
Driving & Deliveries
- Complete retail box deliveries and support the movement of materials and equipment between the warehouse, jobsites, and customers
Customer Service & Repairs
- Coordinate and assist with customer service repairs, including pickup, delivery, and documentation
Warehouse Organization & Inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, and functional warehouse
- Develop and maintain an itemized racking system with clearly identified inventory locations
- Monitor equipment condition and flag items needing repair or replacement
What You Bring
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving experience
- Forklift certification
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean 3-year driver's abstract
- Airbrakes endorsement is an asset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who can also take initiative and lead when needed
