We're looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join our team at Atlantic Chiropractic.
Whether you're an experienced RMT or a new graduate looking for the right place to start your career, we'd love to hear from you.
This position has become available because one of our long-time massage therapists has decided to move her practice closer to home. While we're excited for her, she'll definitely be missed. The good news is that this creates a great opportunity for another therapist to join our clinic and step into an already busy practice.
Our massage therapy service is consistently in high demand. We currently have more than 30 people waiting specifically for massage therapy appointments, in addition to an established patient base and regular referrals from our chiropractors, naturopathic doctor, acupuncturist, osteopath, podiatrist, and existing patients. Our goal is to help you build a full schedule as quickly as possible so you can focus on treating patients instead of spending your time trying to attract them.

About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent care, and wants to be part of a supportive team.
You should be:
- Registered (or eligible for registration) as an RMT in Nova Scotia
- Compassionate, professional, and dependable
- A good communicator who enjoys building relationships with patients
- Someone who values collaboration and continued learning
New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Starting your career can be challenging, and we know how difficult it can be to build a patient base from scratch. That's one of the reasons we're excited about this opportunity. Between our existing massage clientele and the current massage waitlist, you'll have patients ready to book with you from the beginning.
Compensation
We offer a competitive percentage-based compensation model.
Many therapists prefer a percentage split because your earning potential isn't capped by an hourly wage. As your schedule grows, so does your income.
More importantly, we'll do everything we can to help you succeed. Our reception team manages scheduling, billing, and patient communication, and our practitioners are always happy to refer within the clinic when massage therapy is appropriate. We genuinely want everyone here to have a busy, successful practice.
