Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, caring, and engaging environment for children
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Assist with daily programming, activities, and classroom routines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional classroom environment
- Follow all licensing regulations, policies, and procedures
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure high-quality care
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum Early Childhood Educator Level 1 Certification
- Valid First Aid & CPR-C Certification
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and dependable
- Genuine passion for working with children
Assets:
- Montessori experience or training
- Previous experience in a licensed childcare setting
