About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and people-oriented Client Experience & Front Desk Associate who enjoys interacting with clients and creating memorable experiences. This role goes beyond administrative duties—you will play an important part in client engagement, service recommendations, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional first impression
- Manage appointments, bookings, check-ins, and scheduling
- Respond to phone calls, text messages, and online inquiries
- Recommend services, and upsell packages based on client needs
- Encourage rebooking and help build long-term client relationships
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Coordinate daily front desk operations efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (required)
- Working knowledge in Mandarin (required)
- 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or reception roles preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with clients and making service recommendations
- Organized, dependable, and professional
- Positive attitude with a strong customer-first mindset
