Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery, including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, blueprint reading, and quality control processes to ensure the production of high-quality components. Experience with Fanuc controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CAD software such as SolidWorks, and welding techniques is highly desirable. The Machine Operator will play a vital role in maintaining efficient production workflows while adhering to safety standards.
Duties
- Operate CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, press brake machines, and other manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely
- Program and troubleshoot CNC machinery using Fanuc controls and CNC programming skills
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to produce precise parts
- Set up machinery using hand tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments to ensure accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and identify mechanical issues promptly
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process to meet specifications
- Use forklift and warehouse experience to move raw materials and finished products as needed
- Assist in assembly processes and packaging finished goods for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards
Requirements
- Proven experience operating CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, press brake machines, or similar manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of Fanuc controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CAD software (SolidWorks), and CNC programming techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Mechanical knowledge related to machining, welding, and assembly processes
- Familiarity with hand tools, calipers, basic math skills for measurements, and quality control procedures
- Warehouse experience including forklift operation is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with minimal supervision
- Must have experience in forklift- Counter balance
