Are you a professional driver who enjoys helping others and working with vehicles? We are looking for dedicated operators to provide elite roadside assistance and recovery services.
Position Overview
As a Towing & Recovery Operator, you are the face of our company on the road. You’ll manage vehicle recoveries, safe transports, and roadside assistance while providing calm, excellent service to customers in high-stress situations.
Key Details:
- Status: Full-Time, Permanent
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (plus On-Call rotation & weekends as needed)
- Location: In-Person
Requirements & Qualifications
To maintain our high standards of safety and service, applicants must provide:
- Licensing: Valid Class 1, 3, or 5 Driver’s License with Air Brake Endorsement.
- Records: A clean 5-Year Commercial Driver’s Abstract.
- Security: Clear Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Physicality: Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Professionalism: A clean, professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.
Preferred Experience: While we value all applicants, 3+ years of towing and recovery experience is strongly preferred. Responsibilities
- Safe Operation: Efficiently operate tow trucks and specialized recovery equipment.
- Transport: Safely move vehicles and equipment to designated locations.
- Customer Care: Provide top-tier roadside assistance and support.
- Maintenance: Perform basic mechanical inspections and minor equipment repairs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate service logs and towing records.
