Job Description
-
Dispatch work efficiently to technicians based on skill level and shop capacity
-
Monitor technician productivity and workflow throughout the day
-
Ensure repair orders are prioritized and completed on schedule

Coordinate with Service Advisors, Parts Department and the Technician Team
-
Manage shop loading and balance work distribution
-
Candidate to be trained to become Internal Service Advisor
-
Assist in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient operations

Monitor turnaround times and identify workflow bottlenecks
-
Support the Service Manager with daily operational needs
Qualifications
-
Pleasant, organized and professional
-
Experience as a Tower Operator, Dispatcher, or Shop Foreman preferred
-
Previous dealership or automotive service experience an asset
-
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment

Excellent communication and leadership skills
-
Reynolds & Reynolds or dealership DMS experience is an asset

Strong understanding of automotive service operations
Additional Information
-
This is a full time position. Schedule will be Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday, 8 hours/day.
