Network Home Improvements (Network Exteriors) is a local, family-owned and operated exterior home improvement company serving South to Mid Vancouver Island.

We’ve been proudly operating since 1986, building a strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliability, and long-term customer relationships.
What we’re looking for
We’re expanding our crew and looking for permanent, full-time Gutter and Soffit Installers. Experience is an asset, but not required — if you’re motivated, reliable, and willing to learn, we’re willing to train the right person.
What’s the role
Daily duties
- Installation of gutters, soffits, and related exterior components
- Working safely and efficiently on residential job sites
- Using hand and power tools properly
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Working as part of a crew to complete jobs to a high standard
Qualifications
- Previous construction or exterior installation experience is an asset (but not required)
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Comfortable with physical work and working at heights
- Ability to reliably commute to Langford, BC

- Ability to work Monday–Friday, with weekends as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
