### Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow. You will play a crucial role in their development by implementing age-appropriate activities and fostering a love for learning.
### Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote child development
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
- Engage children in educational activities, including reading, writing, math, and arts and crafts
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience
- Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, behavior, and academic performance
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on their child's progress
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
### Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage classroom activities and materials
- Proficient computer skills for record keeping and communication purposes
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Ability to write reports, lesson plans, and other educational materials
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
