Digital Flair & Design is a custom apparel and branding company specializing in embroidery, DTF printing, laser engraving, promotional products, and custom merchandise. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our growing team and assist with the day-to-day production of customer orders.
Responsibilities
- Organize and prepare customer orders for production.
- Arrange transfers and prepare garments for decorating.
- Operate embroidery machines, heat presses, laser engravers, and other production equipment (training provided).
- Package completed orders for pickup or shipping.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Organize inventory and restock supplies.
- Keep the production area clean, organized, and efficient.
- Assist with receiving shipments and general studio duties.
- Help ensure production deadlines are met.
- Support other day-to-day tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new equipment.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Previous production, retail, or manufacturing experience is an asset but not required.

Flexible Scheduling
We understand that everyone has different schedules. While this position requires availability during daytime business hours, we're flexible with your daily start and finish times. We're happy to work with the right candidate to find a schedule that fits both your needs and our production requirements.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in producing quality work, enjoys working with their hands, and is excited to learn new skills. No experience in the industry is necessary—we're happy to train the right person.
Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
