Salary/Wage: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Our employer partner, My Insurance Broker, is seeking Customer Care Specialists to join their growing team. Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and client inquiries related to Home and Auto insurance policies.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and coverage inquiries while adhering to carrier guidelines.
- Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Up-sell and cross-sell insurance products when opportunities arise.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within EPIC.
- Manage emails, tasks, and follow-up activities in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain service standards within the service queue.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, underwriting guidelines, and company policies.
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards and client satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- College Diploma, University Degree, or equivalent industry experience.
- RIBO License in good standing is required.
- 1–3 years of insurance brokerage experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Automobile Endorsements.
- Call Centre experience is considered an asset.
- Experience with EPIC Broker Management System is an asset.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
