Summary
We’re looking for a positive, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative & Client Service Coordinator and help us continue providing exceptional service to our clients.
This role is primarily remote, with in-office training and very occasional in-office days as needed. We are happy to offer flexibility for the right person. We are seeking someone who enjoys organization, administrative work, and creating efficient processes within a professional environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and process paperwork, primarily through digital platforms
- Follow up to ensure transactions and account changes are processed accurately and on time
- Update, organize, and format electronic client files and CRM records
- Send email templates and prepare paperwork packages for clients
- Maintain organized and accurate client records
- Maintain and update SOPs and internal processes
- Coordinate client correspondence in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with additional administrative tasks, including data entry and record updates
Preferred Qualifications
- Intermediate computer skills, including strong Microsoft Excel and Word abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and digital platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior administrative or customer service experience

Position Details
This position may be either full-time or part-time depending on the right candidate. We can offer full-time hours, while also providing flexibility in scheduling or shorter workdays if needed.
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
