Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced DZ Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials to various locations while adhering to all safety regulations. This role requires a strong focus on driving skills, heavy lifting, and maintaining a professional attitude to ensure timely deliveries and excellent customer service.
Duties
- Operate Bz trucks and other commercial vehicles to deliver goods efficiently across designated routes
- Load and unload cargo, often requiring heavy lifting and proper handling of materials
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with transportation regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during transportation activities
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding delivery status or issues
Qualifications
- Valid DZ driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience in driving commercial vehicles, preferably with heavy lifting involved
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations related to commercial driving
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple deliveries efficiently
