About the Position
Zavira Salon & Spa is seeking a friendly, reliable, and skilled Hairstylist to join our growing team. We are open seven days a week and are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering professional services while making every client feel comfortable, cared for, and confident.
Responsibilities
- Provide haircuts, blowouts, styling, colour services, hair treatments, and consultations.
- Listen carefully to clients and recommend services and styles that suit their hair, lifestyle, and goals.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality services with strong attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation.
- Build positive client relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Work respectfully with other team members and contribute to a welcoming salon environment.
- Follow all salon sanitation, safety, and service standards.
Qualifications
- Previous hands-on hairstyling experience.
- Confidence working directly with clients.
- Experience with haircuts, styling, colour services, and hair treatments.
- Professional, patient, and client-focused approach.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability for full-time or consistent part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends.
- Formal hairstyling education or certification is preferred; however, applicants with strong practical experience and a willingness to continue learning are encouraged to apply.
