Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth across various sectors. The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives and excellent customer service.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through B2B sales strategies, telemarketing, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs, emphasizing technical features for technology sales
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while meeting client requirements
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage accounts, and forecast sales performance
- Provide technical sales support by explaining product specifications and benefits to clients
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing initiatives and cold calls to expand the customer base
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities
- Prepare detailed proposals and reports for management on sales activities and pipeline status
Skills
- Proven experience in negotiation, inside sales, or technical sales within B2B environments
- Strong communication skills in English/Punjabi.
- Expertise in marketing strategies, telemarketing techniques, and business development tactics
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer relationships
- Ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and persuasively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of technology products or services relevant to the industry is a plus

Pay: $34,863.73-$136,911.89 per year
