The Role:
We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving growth by promoting our staffing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business through cold calls, networking, and in-person meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Develop tailored staffing solutions to meet client needs across industries (warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, etc.).
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure successful candidate placements.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in staffing, HR, or B2B service industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
- Knowledge of staffing/recruitment processes is an asset but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Projected Total Compensation: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
