We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all dishes are cooked to order with attention to quality, taste, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, including proper food handling procedures
- Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation standards at all times
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Adhere to restaurant policies regarding serving, food safety, and hygiene protocols
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff
- Experience with meal preparation and food industry standards is a plus
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service through quality food presentation
