Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Assistant General Manager/Front Desk team worker to support the overall daily operations of the hotel. This role includes assisting with staff supervision, ensuring smooth front desk and guest service operations, handling administrative duties, and supporting the financial and business side of the property. The ideal candidate will help maintain company standards, follow up with vendors, monitor accounts receivable, assist with payments, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager with daily hotel operations
- Assist with guest concerns and operational issues in a professional manner
- Follow up with vendors regarding supplies, services, and outstanding matters
- Help monitor account receivable payments and vendor payments
- Ensure administrative and financial tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Assist with scheduling, staff communication, and policy enforcement
- Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall hotel standardsSkills

Pay: $16.75-$17.00 per hour
